Home Made Plant Labels

During the winter and spring months, many people are planting seeds, seedlings, plants, trees, etc. and need plant labels to remind them later of what they planted and when.

One of the best ways to make your own home made plant labels is to use plastic knives. Why?

  • They are inexpensive and can be bought in bulk

  • They are reusable and last for years

  • They are waterproof

  • They come in many colors and sizes
Simply use a permanent marker, or a paint pen, and stick them in the ground, serrated edge first, which also makes them go into the soil very easily, and you're done!
